Once your films have been processed, no refunds are eligible. If you decide to cancel your order before processing, we will happily return your films to you, using your purchase price to cover admin and postage costs.

Your negatives and any ordered prints will be returned to you via Royal Mail 2nd Class postage. Any scans will be forwarded to you via a WeTransfer link to your email address.
